We warmly welcome our Choreographers to the
new season of India Festival Dance Competition!
We are thrilled to welcome you to a brand-new
season of artistic celebration, vibrant energy, and cultural unity at the
India Festival Dance Competition. Your passion, creativity, and dedication
have always set the stage alight and this season promises to be more
spectacular than ever.
To ensure a smooth and successful
participation, kindly take a few moments to review the below:
(1) RULES and REGULATIONS: Review the official
competition rules by CLICKING HERE. They contain all the essential
guidelines to help you, and your team prepare and perform with
confidence.
(2) NON-COMPETITION: We will NOT be showcasing Non-Competition dances this year.
(3) PARTICIPATION FEES: India Festival does NOT charge any fee to participants and choreographers to showcase their talent at India Festival.
(4) DEADLINES: Note the critical submission
deadlines below. Timely submission of these items is crucial for program
planning and performance scheduling.

(6) LIABILITY WAIVER: Click here to download the PDF with mandatory waiver (on page 19) to be signed by all participants.
(7) STAGE SIZE: India Festival Stage Size will
be approximately 56'X60' and Dancing Area is approximately 40'X40'

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS AND
PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
By providing yours or your child's
information to us and subsequently with your/his/her participation at our
events, you voluntarily grant to India Festival and Gujarati Samaj of
Tampa Bay, the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission
to use participant's name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance in any
photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken
or made on behalf of the India Festival of Tampa Bay and Gujarati Samaj of
Tampa Bay. You also agree that India Festival and Gujarati Samaj of Tampa
Bay has complete ownership of such material and can use said material
for any purpose consistent with the it's mission. These uses
include, but are not limited to photographs, videos, publications,
advertisements, news releases, websites, and any promotional or
educational materials in any medium. You acknowledge that you will not
receive any compensation for the use of such images, video, likeness, etc.
Further, you release, waive, forever discharge, hold harmless and covenant
not to sue India Festival and Gujarati Samaj of Tampa Bay, its trustees,
board members, employees, students, contractors, agents or representatives
from and against any and all liability for any harm, injury, damage,
claims, actions, causes of action, costs, demands, and expenses of any
nature whatsoever relating to the making, showing, distribution or use of
your likeness in photos or videos published by India Festival and Gujarati
Samaj of Tampa Bay.
