India Festival Tampa Bay is Florida’s largest and most vibrant celebration of Indian culture, proudly presented by the Gujarati Samaj of Tampa Bay. Held annually at the Florida State Fairgrounds, this dynamic event brings together over 10,000 attendees, 60+ dance teams, and hundreds of vendors in a spirited showcase of tradition, talent, and community.

At the heart of the festival is a dazzling array of dance competitions—ranging from classical Bharatanatyam to energetic Bhangra and colorful Garba—featuring performers from age four to senior citizens. These performances are more than entertainment; they are a living tribute to India’s rich artistic heritage and a platform for youth to connect with their cultural roots.

Beyond the stage, the festival offers an immersive experience with over 100 vendors displaying Indian fashion, jewelry, art, and home décor. Visitors can also indulge in a diverse selection of authentic Indian cuisine, from beloved street snacks to regional delicacies.

Organized by a dedicated team of volunteers, India Festival Tampa Bay is more than an event — it’s a mission-driven celebration of identity, unity, and cultural preservation. All proceeds are reinvested into the community to support youth education and promote Indian heritage across generations.
