India Festival Tampa – Vendor Opportunities
India Festival Tampa aims to promote cultural awareness and celebrate the rich heritage of India within the Tampa community. The festival showcases the diverse cuisine, traditional attire, vibrant music, and dynamic dances that reflect everyday life across India.
Through captivating performances representing various regions, as well as vendor exhibits featuring Indian food, clothing, arts, crafts, and musical instruments, the event offers an immersive cultural experience. Now one of Tampa’s premier annual events, India Festival Tampa attracts over 15,000 attendees each year.

Vendor Registration: Review the vendor booth layout to review the booths that you prefer. Then, submit your booth reservation request using the form below. Select the commodity and check if the booth that you desire is available. You will see the fees for the booth that you selected.
We accept payment using ZELLE (preferred for fastest turn around time) Pay by ZELLE to INDIAFEST2024@gmail.com
Then enter the Zelle transaction number or name on this form, fill the other details and submit the form. This will "HOLD" your booth for three days.
Your booth rental will be confirmed as soon as our treasurer receives and confirms the deposit of your Zelle payment. You will receive the email notification once confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: If we dont receive your payment within the stipulated time, then the hold on the booth will be released and it may be rented by someone else.
Vendors cannot select a Booth from "Sponsors" category. In order to reserve the "Sponsor" booth, you can consider to sponsor India festival by visiting our Sponsors page.
